The Simplified: The Fast Track Evolution is a two day expedited individualized treatment regime. We work from head to toe. It includes a one night stay in a private room with private bath, a two day of treatments (3 hours each day) breakfast - lunch meals (retreat style to slim you down), yoga, and a ocean walk.
