I found Tamera Renee, and I'm so thankful! I happened to be going to La Jolla on vacation, so I booked a Fascia Therapy session with her. It was fantastic! Tamera started by assessing my posture and recommending three simple and quick exercises to help my "tech neck" (I've faithfully done them, and they've made a difference!). She then went through a multi-step process that left me feeling great. I can't wait for my next LJ vacation!

Because she was so great, I booked two Zoom appointments- the remote fascia face lift and remote fascia therapy body. Both were super helpful! Tamera taught me how to do my own treatment (she's a great coach!), then sent me the videos of our sessions. I now have personalized video routines for face and body. So worth the investment!
