Within one session, I see a huge transformation in my body and I feel so much lighter, which feels amazing being 6 months postpartum. And she taught me SO much about my posture and nutrition and how to bring practices home to create lasting results. Wish I could move here just to see her consistently!

I booked an online session with Tamara Renee, she was very responsive to all my messages. I was a little worried about the appointment being done over zoom, however, found that with the images I sent her she zoned in on my key issues. I’ve been following her instructions on fascia blasting and posture. I’m happy to say that I’m slowly noticing results. Even my hubby remarked on it.
