1. Membership agreements are personal to the member and may not be assigned, transferred, or otherwise disposed of by the member.
2. Applicants for membership must be at least 18 years old. Applicants under the age of 18 years old must have parental consent.
3.Services from monthly membership cannot be carried over to the following month.
4.Discount cannot be combined with other discounts or specials.
5.Each additional service whether it be complimentary or 20% off needs to be rendered when they come in for their monthly membership.
