01

Feet + Foundation

Assessment Criteria:

  • Weight shifted forward into the ball of the foot
  • First ray (big toe) drifting or not grounded
  • Toes gripping, lifted, or inactive
  • Medial arch collapsing/unstable

Client Setup:

  • Feet hip-width apart under hip joints
  • Establish tripod contact: Heel, Big Toe, Pinky Toe
  • Toes relaxed and lengthened
Practitioner Cue: “Shift weight slightly back. Press through the tripod points. Draw the ball of the foot toward the heel.”

Why this matters in Practice:

Poor foot function causes compression upward. For your clients, this often manifests as Cellulite, Puffiness, and Pain. Restoring this base allows lymph to flow freely from the bottom up.

02

Ankles + Knees

Visual Indicators:

  • Knees locking back (hyperextension)
  • Valgus or varus collapse (instability)
  • Limited dorsiflexion (tightness)

Alignment Setup:

  • Stack ankle → knee → hip
  • Knees slightly forward, tracking over 2nd–3rd toe
Practitioner Cue: “Soften the knees forward. Track over the center toes. Maintain ground connection.”

Practitioner Note:

A weak calf pump inhibits lymphatic drainage. This is a primary driver for Knee and Thigh Cellulite. Focus on joint mechanics to restore tissue glide.

03

Hips + Pelvis

Assessment:

  • Anterior or posterior pelvic tilt
  • Glutes inactive or "gripping"
  • Lower abdomen protruding forward

Stacking Protocol:

  • Stack pelvis over knees and ankles
  • Maintain a neutral pelvis
  • Engage the low-ab baseline
Practitioner Cue: “Stack the pelvis under the ribs. Engage the low abs. Let the glutes support the frame.”

Impact on Results:

Misalignment causes organ compression and bloating. Restoring the pelvic floor and glutes results in a Flatter Abdomen and smoother hip tissue for the client.

04

Rib Cage + Core

Look For:

  • Rib flare (ribs pointing out/up)
  • Chest breathing (shallow)
  • Abdomen gripping or pushing out

Breathing Setup:

  • Rib cage stacked over pelvis
  • Ribs down slightly
  • Implement 360° wide breathing
Practitioner Cue: “Ribs down. Breathe wide into your sides and back.”

The System Connection:

Poor breathing mechanics block the lymph for the face and upper body. Proper core stack reduces Facial Puffiness and Stress.

05

Shoulders + Arms

Assessment:

  • Rounded or elevated shoulders
  • Forward arm carriage
  • Neck tension and poor arm tone

Stacking Protocol:

  • Shoulders Up → Back → Down → Relax
  • Keep arms close to the body
Practitioner Cue: “Up, back, down—then let it relax into the frame.”

Aesthetic Results:

Shoulder alignment is required for lymph to drain from the arms. Correcting this helps with Arm Cellulite and Puffiness.

06

Neck + Head

Visual Indicators:

  • Forward head posture / Chin jutting
  • Under-eye bags and dull skin tone
  • Jaw tension (TMJ)

Setup:

  • Head balanced over the spine
  • Slight chin tuck to lengthen the occiput
  • Relaxed jaw posture
Practitioner Cue: “Chin slightly back. Lengthen the back of the neck. Relax the jaw.”

The Beauty Connection:

This is the key to facial restoration. Alignment allows for a Lifted Face, Clearer Skin, and Reduced Puffiness through proper drainage.
